Our home is perfectly located minutes from UVU and BYU as well as shopping and restaurants. But wait – why would you ever leave? When you pull in, you have access to a 2 car garage, 2 driveway spots, and free street parking. There is enough parking to accommodate 7 cars total.

When you enter the house, you are met with a large entry way with plenty of room to unload suitcases. The entryway opens up into a cozy and spacious living room. The design is clean and warm to make you feel at home. There is a large smart tv mounted and plenty of seating for everyone.

– The sectional couch is cozy and ready to be relaxed on
– The sectional pulls out easily into a Queen bed and the bedding is hidden away in the couch storage

– Fully equipped kitchen, w/ every item of cookware, silverware, and much more to accommodate your stay
– Our coffee bar is equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and cream. A tea assortment is also available.
– Large table that seats 8 and additional counter seating.
– There is a full bathroom located in th hall closet the bedrooms.
– Additionally, we have a high chair and children’s dinnerware to accommodate those traveling with littles

This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy.
